Paul Green set to start again for Crewe

Paul Green is likely to keep his place when Crewe host Carlisle after proving his fitness against Scunthorpe last time out.
Green was ill over Christmas and missed the Boxing Day defeat at Salford but he managed the full 90 minutes and scored a goal as Crewe returned to winning ways on Sunday.
Oliver Finney dropped to the bench for that 3-1 victory and came on in the closing stages. He could be in line for a recall should boss David Artell look to make any changes.
Rio Adebisi, meanwhile, returned to action as a second-half substitute and could be involved again, while Chris Porter (hamstring) and Eddie Nolan (back) will be monitored ahead of the game.
Carlisle will check on teenager Jarrad Branthwaite.
The 17-year-old was absent as United beat Walsall on Sunday after he picked up an injury in training.
Ryan Loft came off the bench to replace Stefan Scougall at half-time against the Saddlers and could have done enough to earn a starting berth.
Harry McKirdy should start once again after scoring a late winner at the Bescot Stadium.
