Liam Ridehalgh doubtful for Tranmere against Coventry

Tranmere will check on Liam Ridehalgh ahead of Coventry’s visit to Prenton Park.
The left-back suffered an injury on Boxing Day and sat out Sunday’s draw with Blackpool.
Fellow defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson also missed the game through injury.
Rovers boss Micky Mellon declared himself satisfied with his side’s display at the weekend and will likely keep changes to a minimum as they look to extend their unbeaten home run in all competitions to six games.
Coventry could welcome back Max Biamou and Jodi Jones to a squad that thrashed League One leaders Wycombe 4-1 on Sunday.
Biamou missed the Sky Blues’ first away league win of the campaign with an ankle injury and will be checked on.
Jones missed out on selection having travelled to Wycombe with the squad on Sunday but could be named on the bench at Tranmere as he pushes for his first league appearance since November 2018 following a cruciate knee ligament injury.
Boss Mark Robins took advantage of having no game on Boxing Day to name an unchanged side at the weekend and is unlikely to make many changes for their New Year’s Day fixture.
