Seamus Conneely and Colby Bishop could return for Stanley’s clash with Rochdale

Accrington could welcome back Seamus Conneely and Colby Bishop as they look to extend their unbeaten League One run when Rochdale visit on New Year’s Day.
Defender Conneely was an unused substitute in Sunday’s 2-0 win over Burton having been sidelined with a groin injury and the captain could return to the starting XI.
Bishop’s back problem has kept the 12-goal forward out for Stanley’s last two games but he could feature.
Stanley boss John Coleman will monitor his players’ fitness levels following the weekend’s game, which saw Accrington make it six league games without defeat.
Jordan Williams has added to struggling Rochdale’s selection problems.
The midfielder saw red in stoppage time during Sunday’s late loss at Gillingham – Dale’s third defeat in a row.
Rhys Norrington-Davies (facial injury), Matt Done (knock), Aaron Morley (thigh) and Ian Henderson (dead leg) all missed the weekend’s game and will be monitored.
Ryan McLaughlin and Jim McNulty remain sidelined but defender Paul McShane should be fine to feature again after he was taken off at half-time as a precaution on his return from over a month on the sidelines through injury.
