Accrington substitute Offrande Zanzala rescues late point at Doncaster

Offrande Zanzala came off the bench to snatch a point as Accrington claimed a 1-1 Sky Bet League One draw at Doncaster.
The hosts led through Jon Taylor but failed to put the game to bed, allowing Zanzala to strike and stretch Accrington’s unbeaten run to five matches in all competitions.
The first half was an open affair with both sides lacking quality in the final third with Tom Anderson and Jordan Clark both missing good opportunities for their respective sides.
Doncaster finally broke the deadlock after 57 minutes. Taylor latched onto an excellent through ball from Madger Gomes and finished well into the bottom corner.
Rovers looked the more likely to add to their score for much of the second period but Accrington netted the leveller with eight minutes remaining when Zanzala poked home from close range after a corner was tossed around the box.
Rakish Bingham missed a glorious opportunity to grab a late winner for Doncaster when he miscued a free header, while Seny Dieng produced a brilliant save to deny Seamus Conneely at the other end.
