West Brom will be without Grady Diangana for Saturday’s clash with Brentford in the Sky Bet Championship.
The West Ham loanee scored in the 3-2 win at Birmingham last weekend, but was forced off with a back injury and is not expected to return until the fixture with Leeds on January 1.
Left-back Kieran Gibbs is also set to miss the match with the Bees after struggling with a hamstring issue in recent weeks.
Slaven Bilic needed Charlie Austin to come off the bench and score a match-winning brace at St Andrew’s and he will hope to start at the Hawthorns.
Brentford have no new injury problems and enter the match with title-chasing West Brom on the back of an impressive 1-0 victory over Fulham last time out.
Youngster Bryan Mbeumo scored the only goal of the game and in the process netted in a fourth consecutive fixture.
He will start again on Saturday, but Bees manager Thomas Frank will remain without Sergi Canos and Nikos Karelis (both knee).
Forward Joel Valencia (dislocated shoulder) is another out injured along with Josh Clarke, who has not featured since a Brentford B match against Hanwell at the end of October.
