Gnanduillet a doubt for Blackpool’s clash with local rivals Fleetwood

Blackpool striker Armand Gnanduillet remains doubtful for Saturday’s League One Fylde coast derby against Fleetwood.
Gnanduillet is the Seasiders’ top scorer this season but has missed the last three games after sustaining a thigh injury against AFC Wimbledon earlier this month.
Calum MacDonald’s place in Simon Grayson’s starting XI could come under threat after he was withdrawn at half-time as the Seasiders trailed to non-league Maidstone in the FA Cup last Saturday, before mounting a second-half comeback.
Oliver Turton and Jordan Thompson are among those pressing for a recall.
Joey Barton has a near fully-fit Fleetwood squad to choose from, with only midfielder Jordan Rossiter doubtful.
The Rangers loanee picked up a knee injury against Tranmere and has missed the last two games.
His absence means Jack Sowerby is likely to retain his place in Town’s midfield.
Barton is set to recall top scorer Paddy Madden, who came off the bench to score his 15th of the season with the winner at Crawley in the FA Cup last weekend.
