Marsh wins it for Wood

Tyrone Marsh netted the only goal as Boreham Wood claimed a gutsy 1-0 win over 10-man Woking in the Vanarama National League.
The former Torquay and Macclesfield striker put the hosts in front after 15 minutes, poking home a low cross from Kabongo Tshimanga after the Wood had countered from deep.
Woking had the share of the chances from thereon out, almost responding on the half-hour mark as Jake Hyde got on the end of Dave Tarpey’s cross, only to fire straight at keeper Nathan Ashmore.
Glen Rea then had an excellent chance to equalise just after half-time, with his speculative shot from outside the area ricocheting off the bar.
Any hopes Woking had of levelling were quelled in stoppage time as striker Jamar Loza saw red for violent conduct.
