Fylde ended a three-match National League winless run with a comprehensive 3-0 triumph over Dagenham at Mill Farm to earn new boss Jim Bentley his first victory in charge.
Mark Yeates opened the scoring after 16 minutes as he fired home Dan Bradley’s cross with a powerful volley to celebrate his first goal for the club.
Jordan Williams doubled Fylde’s tally as he slotted the ball past Daggers goalkeeper Elliot Justham after 44 minutes, while Danny Rowe fired in a third moments later for his fifth league goal this season on the stroke of half-time.
Reece Grant headed just wide from close range midway through the second half and Joe Quigley fired an effort past the upright shortly afterwards as Dagenham searched for a way back but the home side held on for maximum points and a clean sheet.
