West Brom facing midfield dilemma for Sheffield Wednesday clash

West Brom manager Slaven Bilic faces a selection dilemma in midfield for the visit of Sheffield Wednesday.
Romaine Sawyers and Jake Livermore are both suspended after picking up their fifth yellow cards of the season before the international break.
Chris Willock could come into contention after scoring the final goal as West Brom’s reserves beat Port Vale 4-0 in the Central League Cup in midweek.
That game also saw Gareth Barry, Kieran Gibbs and Chris Brunt get valuable game-time as they near returning from injury.
Owls manager Garry Monk has confirmed he has a fully-fit squad to choose from going into the game with the league leaders.
It means a place back in the squad for midfielder Massimo Luongo, who has missed the last three league matches.
Luongo has not played since limping out of the 1-0 home win over Stoke on October 22 after scoring the winner.
Kosovo striker Atdhe Nuhiu and Scotland defender Liam Palmer both returned from international duty “in good health”, according to Monk.
