Cambridge boss Colin Calderwood has a decision to make over his goalkeeper for the FA Cup clash with Exeter.
Callum Burton has been used in the Carabao Cup and Leasing.com Trophy so far this season and Calderwood must decide whether to use him again or stick with Dimi Mitov who has been used in League Two.
Calderwood said in his pre-match press conference: “It’s one of those that I’ve not decided on yet, and we’ll make our minds up between the coaching staff and two goalies.”
Jack Roles (hamstring), Samir Carruthers (hamstring), Gary Deegan (illness) and Jabo Ibehre (illness) remain injured.
Exeter have Tom Parkes available after his red card in last week’s defeat at Bradford was rescinded.
Jake Taylor was not so lucky after also being sent off in the same game and he begins a three-match ban.
Boss Matty Taylor has revealed there could be up to eight players missing through injury.
He told the club’s official website: “I’m not sure if the pitches are changing or the travel is beginning to take its toll but there’s been a couple of muscle injuries that we haven’t had before but we’ll see the personnel we put on that team sheet on Saturday.”
