Carlisle will be without defenders Christie Elliott and Byron Webster for their home game against Macclesfield.
Right-back Elliott will consult a specialist next week about an ankle injury and centre-half Webster serves a one-game ban.
Midfielder Stefan Scougall is doubtful after the recurrence of a hamstring injury and will be assessed.
The Cumbrians, in 20th place, three points above the bottom two, are chasing their first win in six league games.
Macclesfield are expected to be without suspended midfielder Theo Archibald.
The Scot received his fifth booking of the season in last week’s 3-0 defeat at Cheltenham.
Forward Arthur Gnahoua is hoping to retain his place in the starting line-up against his former club.
The Silkmen are five places above Carlisle in the table after losing only one of their last five league games under manager Darryl McMahon.
