Harry Cornick pushing for Luton starting place against Nottingham Forest

Harry Cornick is pushing for a recall to the Luton team as the Hatters prepare to host Nottingham Forest.

The 24-year-old scored from the bench in the defeat at Birmingham and was on target in the last home game – a 3-0 victory against Bristol City.

Fellow forward Andrew Shinnie has been an unused substitute for the last three matches and he will hope to be involved again soon.

James Collins is another striking option and full-back James Bree is in contention for Luton manager Graeme Jones as his side look to bounce back from successive defeats.

Forest have also lost their last two games and Reds boss Sabri Lamouchi could again look to freshen things up.

The Frenchman made four changes against Hull, with Ryan Yates returning from injury as a second-half substitute. The midfielder is one of several players pushing for a recall.

Michael Dawson is due to be involved with the team this week, after recovering from a calf injury, and may partner Joe Worrall in the centre of defence.

Lamouchi will choose between Jack Robinson and Yuri Ribeiro for the left-back berth at Kenilworth Road.
