Dior Angus maintained his fine scoring form as Barrow returned to winning ways in the National League by beating Dagenham 2-0 at Victoria Road.
Barrow saw their streak of seven successive victories ended at Torquay on Saturday but responded by scoring twice inside the opening 25 minutes.
Angus put the visitors ahead in the 13th minute, firing past Dagenham keeper Elliot Justham from close range for his fourth goal in five games.
Scott Quigley doubled Barrow’s advantage 12 minutes later, converting a rebound after Justham had parried Angus’ effort.
Joan Luque struck the bar for the home side early in the second half and Barrow keeper Joel Dixon made a stunning stop from substitute Reece Grant as Daggers lost for only the second time in 14 league matches.
