Kaikai and Nuttall could make Blackpool returns against Wycombe

Blackpool boss Simon Grayson hopes to have Sullay Kaikai and Joe Nuttall back for their game against second-placed Wycombe on Tuesday.

The pair have missed the Seasiders’ last three games – Kaikai with a hamstring problem and Nuttall with a back injury.

Striker Ryan Hardie is expected to miss out after he sustained a knock to his thigh during his side’s EFL Trophy defeat at Carlisle.

Otherwise Grayson has no fresh injury concerns, with the likes of Nathan Delfouneso pushing for a start.

Wycombe will have duo Nnamdi Ofoborh and Curtis Thompson back from suspension for their trip to Bloomfield Road.

Ofoborh has missed the last three matches after being shown a red card against Portsmouth, while Thompson was handed a one-match ban after he was sent off against Peterborough.

Fred Onyedinma could be in line for a return after he resumed training last week.

Paul Smyth has also made his way back into training, although is thought to be behind Onyedinma in terms of recovery.
