Partick Thistle claim first league win of the season

Partick Thistle picked up their first Ladbrokes Championship win of the season in Ian McCall’s first league game in charge as they won 3-1 at Inverness.
The visitors bounced back from their 5-0 Betfred Cup thrashing by Celtic in mid-week to move off the foot of the table.
McCall, in his second spell as Thistle manager following his appointment on Monday, saw his side take the lead in the ninth minute as Dario Zanatta received the ball on the left, advanced and drilled a low effort into the net.
The hosts equalised 10 minutes later thanks to Jordan White’s header, but 39-year-old Kenny Miller restored his side’s lead straight after half-time.
The former Scotland striker took full advantage of a poor pass to guide his finish into the net.
And Cameron Palmer grabbed a third in the 82nd minute to seal the points for the visitors, who moved above Alloa on goal difference.
