Barrow beat Solihull to record back-to-back victories

Barrow recorded back-to-back victories for the first time this season after a 3-0 win over Solihull Moors at Holker Street.
Barrow went ahead just six minutes into the game when John Rooney swung a free-kick in from an acute angle on the left and goalkeeper Ryan Boot could only palm it into the net at his near post.
Dior Angus almost extended the lead after 23 minutes but his shot across goal went narrowly wide of the far post after he had wriggled free in the area.
Rooney doubled the advantage in first-half stoppage time when he curled a superb free-kick into the top corner after he had been brought down on the edge of the box.
And Barrow extended their advantage just a minute into the second half as Scott Quigley made room for himself on the edge of the box and rifled home from 20 yards.
Any hopes of a Solihull rally were ended in the 62nd minute when Tyrone Williams was sent off for a second booking after hauling down Quigley.
