Luke Young scored at either end as Wrexham held out for a 2-2 Vanarama National League draw against Maidenhead.
In-form United went ahead midway through the first half when James Akintunde’s shot was turned into his own net by Young.
The Dragons drew level six minutes before half-time as Jason Oswell rose to meet Young’s free-kick and the striker headed beyond Maidenhead keeper Taye Ashby-Hammond.
Young almost provided another assist in the 58th minute, but this time Akil Wright fired over with an open goal at his mercy.
Moments later it was Young who put Wrexham in front, combining impressively with Ben Tollitt and slotting home via the post.
Maidenhead were back on level terms in sensational fashion in the 67th minute, though, when Josh Smile smashed home into the top corner.
