County on the rise after win at Wrexham

Stockport climbed up to sixth place in the Vanarama National League after recording their first away win of the season with a 2-1 triumph at Wrexham.
Ben Hinchcliffe was well placed after 13 minutes to hold onto Shaun Pearson’s header from Luke Young’s free-kick as the hosts pushed forward.
But it was Stockport who went ahead after 20 minutes when Elliot Osborne’s free-kick from the right was fumbled by Christian Dibble in the Wrexham goal and Ashley Palmer was on hand to nod home from close range.
Hinchcliffe then made a superb save to turn Luke Summerfield’s 25-yard effort onto the post.
Stockport doubled their lead six minutes before the break as Palmer headed Sam Walker’s cross across the face of the goal and Sam Minihan was on hand to rifle into the net.
The Dragons pulled a goal back with five minutes remaining as Leighton McIntosh squeezed the ball home from the tightest of angles.
