Maidenhead returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory at Sutton on Saturday.
Alan Devonshire’s men were beaten at home by Bromley last time out but emerged from the Knights Community Stadium with three points thanks to goals from Shamir Fenelon, Jake Cassidy and Danny Whitehall, while Sutton had substitute Omar Bugiel sent off.
Maidenhead’s Alan Massey did his side a couple of favours with blocks to deny David Ajiboye and Ben Goodliffe in the first half, although the latter did eventually test goalkeeper Taye Ashby-Hammond with a low drive.
Fenelon curled in the opener from 20 yards after 61 minutes before Cassidy doubled the advantage and Bugiel was dismissed eight minutes from time.
Whitehall made absolutely sure of the win from the spot in stoppage time after Cassidy was fouled in the box.
