Luton defender Martin Cranie has been ruled out of the home game against his former club Huddersfield.
Cranie has missed the Hatters’ last two games after sustaining a knee injury in the recent defeat at Sheffield Wednesday but is not expected to be out long-term.
Left-back Dan Potts, an unused substitute in the midweek Carabao Cup win at Cardiff, is in contention after recovering from a groin strain.
Midfielder Glen Rea is back in training as he continues his rehabilitation following knee ligament damage.
Huddersfield caretaker boss Mark Hudson has no major new injury concerns following last week’s home defeat to Reading.
But on-loan Liverpool goalkeeper Kamil Grabara and defender Terence Kongolo will be monitored after sustaining bumps and bruises when they collided with each other in that match.
Fraizer Campbell is pushing for his first start after stepping off the bench in the Terriers’ last two games.
It remains to be seen whether fellow striker Steve Mounie, linked with a move to Besiktas throughout the summer, will be included in the squad.
