Ryan Jackson in line for starting berth when Colchester take on Swindon

Colchester defender Ryan Jackson is pushing for a recall in the Carabao Cup first-round clash with Swindon.
Jackson was ruled out of the opening game of the season by a stomach injury but made a return to action from the bench in the 1-0 defeat at League Two leaders Plymouth.
However, the form of fellow full-backs Kane Vincent-Young and Cohen Bramall will make it a tough selection decision for John McGreal.
The game comes too soon for striker Paris Cowan-Hall, who is struggling with an Achilles injury that requires further rest.
Swindon manager Richie Wellens will again ring the changes as he prioritises the league.
Wellens rotated his squad for last week’s EFL Trophy clash with Chelsea Under-21s and he is likely to do so again.
That means on-loan Arsenal defender Dan Ballard is likely to be given an opportunity, alongside midfielder Adam May.
Jordan Lyden could be one of those given the night off after being on the receiving end of a heavy challenge from Canice Carroll at the weekend that saw the Carlisle midfielder sent off.
