Port Vale’s Ryan Lloyd expected to miss out in Burton Carabao Cup clash

Port Vale’s Ryan Lloyd is expected to miss out again for Port Vale in their Carabao Cup clash with League One side Burton on Tuesday.
The midfielder has returned to training following an ankle injury but is not likely to return to fitness in time.
Christian Montano could make his full return from a hamstring problem after appearing as a late substitute, but the winger has yet to start this season.
New signing Rhys Browne, who joined Vale in July, continues to be sidelined by a hamstring injury.
Burton midfielder Stephen Quinn could return having been ruled out of Saturday’s 2-1 win over Gillingham after picking up a red card in the first game of the season.
Winger David Templeton is expected to miss out again with a hip injury.
Richard Nartey could make his return for the Brewers – the defender was an unused substitute on Saturday after rolling his ankle before the game.
Ben Fox and Callum Hawkins remain long-term absentees with cruciate ligament problems.
