Fleetwood boss Barton to maintain winning formula for AFC Wimbledon clash

Fleetwood boss Joey Barton will make minimal changes to his squad for the clash with AFC Wimbledon following their 3-1 win at Peterborough on the opening day of the Sky Bet League One season.
Goalscoring trio Danny Andrew, Josh Morris and Harry Souttar will retain their places in the starting line-up, with Welsh striker Ched Evans available for selection after joining the club following his release from Sheffield United.
Defender Nathan Sheron is another player who could return to action, after missing the opening match of the season due to suspension, but may have to settle for a place on the bench.
Midfielder Kyle Dempsey is unlikely to play as he regains fitness following a thigh injury in pre-season, while Conor McAleny’s place in attack could be under threat due to Evans’ arrival.
Wally Downes could also keep faith with his Dons team despite a 2-1 loss to Rotherham in their season opener.
New arrivals Callum Reilly and Luke O’Neill look set to feature again, with both players stepping straight into the squad having joined from fellow League One side Gillingham, with Joe Pigott leading the attack.
Midfielder Anthony Wordsworth remains out of action with an Achilles issue, whilst goalkeeper Nathan Trott is yet to return to fitness following a groin injury and will not be selected.
Nik Tzanev will retain his place in Trott’s absence, having started against Rotherham.
