Notts County have two men sent off in defeat to Eastleigh

Notts County endured a miserable start to life in the Vanarama National League as they were beaten 1-0 and had two men sent off in their curtain-raiser at Eastleigh.
Recently-relegated County were handed a reality check in the 13th minute when Reda Johnson headed Eastleigh in front after getting on the end of Jack Payne’s corner.
Notts County had chances to level things up as the first half wore on but they could not find a way past home goalkeeper Max Stryjek.
Shortly after a block by Johnson thwarted Nathan Tyson, the Magpies were reduced to 10 men when Michael Doyle was sent off.
And debutant Damien McCrory followed Doyle down the tunnel in added time.
