The Colombia forward has a knee complaint and will miss the final match of the campaign.
Midfielder Davy Propper is still sidelined with a hamstring problem.
Kevin De Bruyne could return as City attempt to be crowned champions for a second successive season.
The Belgium playmaker has missed City’s last three games with a hamstring injury but has been involved in training this week.
Midfielder Fernandinho is still out with a knee injury and is also doubtful for the FA Cup final next week.
