Pearce fitness boost for struggling Scunthorpe

Relegation-haunted Scunthorpe could have full-back Tom Pearce back as they attempt to claw their way out of the League One relegation zone against Bradford.
The on-loan Leeds defender missed Monday’s 4-0 drubbing at Charlton with a hip flexor problem, but is expected to be fit as the Iron attempt to end a run of seven games without a win against the Bantams, who have already been consigned to League Two.
Josh Morris and Matthew Lund suffered no ill-effects as they stepped up their recoveries from a fractured fibula and a degenerative bone condition respectively.
However, the game will come too soon for Tony McMahon (hamstring), while Jordan Clarke (knee) is not due back until pre-season.
Bradford, who were relegated on Good Friday after a 2-0 defeat at Coventry, will be without defender Nathaniel Knight-Percival through suspension.
Knight-Percival completes a two-match ban after being sent off for the second time this season at Coventry.
Midfielder Sean Scannell will play wearing a protective cast over the hand injury he suffered against Gillingham on Monday.
However, David Ball, Adam Chicksen and Hope Akpan will all be missing.
