MK Dons wait on Alex Gilbey ahead of Lincoln clash

MK Dons manager Paul Tisdale is hopeful midfielder Alex Gilbey will be fit to face Lincoln in a top-of-the-table clash in Sky Bet League Two.
Gilbey limped off after 15 minutes of the game against Yeovil on March 23 and has not trained since, but Tisdale will give him as long as possible before finalising his squad.
Defenders Baily Cargill, Jordan Moore-Taylor and George Williams are unlikely to return this weekend.
However, Moore-Taylor and Williams are training on grass again and are closing in on a return.
Lincoln manager Danny Cowley hopes defender Jason Shackell will be available for the trip to Milton Keynes.
Shackell has not featured since picking up a hamstring injury early last month but “should be all right” according to Cowley.
Midfielder Lee Frecklington, who has missed the last eight games, is available again after a groin problem.
Goalkeeper Josh Vickers is pushing for a return to the starting XI but January signing Matt Gilks is keeping his place on merit.
