Montrose moved within one goal of the Ladbrokes League One play-off places with a comfortable 3-0 win over Brechin.
Ross Campbell’s early brace set Montrose on their way to a third successive win that leaves them level on points with fourth-placed East Fife.
The forward opened the scoring in the ninth minute from the penalty spot and then headed in a second seven minutes later.
Brechin had Ryan McGeever sent off with 15 minutes left for a second bookable offence and a minute later Jamie Redman rounded off a team move to complete the scoring.
Airdrieonians missed the chance to close to within one point of the top four as they were held to a 3-3 draw at Dumbarton.
Dominic Thomas gave the hosts a 21st-minute lead but Airdrieonians turned the game on its head with Scott Stewart and Darryl Duffy both scoring in the next 11 minutes.
Calum Gallagher headed in an equaliser with 15 minutes left, only for Stewart’s second of the game to restore the visitors’ lead four minutes later.
But Dumbarton skipper Ross Forbes levelled the scores from the edge of the area with eight minutes left.
