Matty Dolan, Andrew Crofts and Fraser Franks remain out as boss Michael Flynn considers changes following defeats to Colchester and Northampton which he says have virtually ended County’s Sky Bet League Two play-off hopes.
Forwards Ade Azeez and Harry McKirdy are in contention to feature alongside established front pair Padraig Amond and Jamille Matt.
Cheltenham are close to full-strength as the Robins seek to build on the 4-1 win over Notts County which eased their relegation worries.
Veteran striker Luke Varney is set to lead the attack after scoring his 11th goal of the season against the Magpies.
