Charlton suffer double injury blow as Bielik and Williams ruled out

Charlton will be without Krystian Bielik and Jonny Williams for their home game against Burton.
Both players came off with hamstring injuries during Saturday’s 2-1 win over Portsmouth and the club are awaiting the results of scans to determine exactly how long they will be absent.
Josh Parker was back in the squad at the weekend after recovering from a virus. The striker will hope to play some part on Tuesday night after he was an unused substitute against Pompey.
Lewis Page and Jake Forster-Caskey remain sidelined, owing to respective tendon and knee injuries, while captain Jason Pearce (ankle) is also continuing his recovery.
Burton boss Nigel Clough might name an unchanged team at The Valley.
Albion have had an extra day’s rest after winning at Coventry on Friday night and they played against 10 men for much of the second half.
Leading scorer Liam Boyce dropped down to the bench in the only change made by Brewers boss Nigel Clough at the Ricoh Arena as John Brayford was recalled at right-back and Lucas Akins moved forward to lead the line.
Akins’ goal could make it difficult for Boyce, who has not scored since January 5, to get back into the side. Josh Clarke and Ben Fox are fit again and could make the squad.
