Boreham Wood end miserable run at Bromley

Boreham Wood ended a run of nine without a win with a superb 2-0 victory at Bromley.
The unlucky hosts had two shots cleared off the line early on as affairs seemed destined to go against them.
Boreham led against the run of play five minutes before the interval when the home side failed to clear Sean Shields’s corner and Ralston Gabriel placed his maiden goal for the Wood past a crowd.
The away side continued to ride their luck as Ryan Huddart tipped a Luke Coulson effort on to the bar in the second half.
The visitors managed a late clincher in the 90th minute when Idris Kanu latched on to a rebound after substitute Bradley Ash’s shot was blocked.
