Dunfermline climb into top four

Ryan Blair scored his first goal for Dunfermline as the Pars climbed into the Ladbrokes Championship play-off places with a 1-0 win over Queen of the South at East End Park.
Blair came closest to breaking the deadlock for Dunfermline in the first half when he saw Alan Martin pull off a superb one-handed save to prevent his free-kick from the edge of the box finding the top left-hand corner of the net.
At the other end, Stephen Dobbie sent a free-kick off his own narrowly wide of the post.
Both goalkeepers had little to do after the interval before on-loan Swansea midfielder Blair won it when he picked the ball up from Jackson Longridge on the edge of the box before firing a left-footed shot beyond Martin and give the Pars a fourth consecutive victory.
