Norwich City vs Birmingham - Tettey and Klose miss out for Norwich

Norwich will be without midfielder Alex Tettey and defender Timm Klose for the Sky Bet Championship match against Birmingham on Friday night.
Tettey is set to miss at least three weeks with an abductor muscle strain, while defender Klose has flown to Switzerland to see a specialist about a knee problem which could require surgery.
Captain Grant Hanley is available again following a one-match ban, while Marco Stiepermann (thigh) has resumed training so could be involved.
Midfielder Moritz Leitner (ankle) continues his rehabilitation, along with striker Carlton Morris (knee). Winger Ben Marshall has joined Millwall on loan, while defender Ivo Pinto is back at the club after a proposed transfer to a club in Turkey fell through.
Birmingham boss Garry Monk will not take any risks with forward Isaac Vassell after his return to action.
Vassell made a first appearance after 14 months out with a serious knee injury and then a hip problem when he came on for the closing stages of last weekend’s home defeat by Middlesbrough, so should be in the squad again.
Omar Bogle (calf) continues his recovery, along with midfielder David Davis (ankle) and centre-half Marc Roberts (calf).
Defender Steve Seddon, 21, has joined AFC Wimbledon on loan until the end of the season.
