Bayern Munich have handed Franck Ribery a 'heavy fine' for his foul-mouthed outburst on social media.
Ribery bought a £1,000, gold-covered steak earlier this week at Salt Bae's famous restaurant and well, it didn't go down well with some of his 3.9 million followers.
The Bayern Munich winger, who is set to leave the club this summer, welcomed 2019 with a nice, juicy steak made by the very best.
He posted the following video on his social media with the caption: "No better way to start the year than with a dash of salt and a visit to my Turkish brother."
It, of course, sparked a massive reaction but Ribery is far from concerned, posting the following response to his video.
"For 2019, let's dot the i's and cross the t's... Let's start with the jealous, the haters, those clearly born from a condom with a hole in:" he said.
"F*ck your mothers, your grandmothers and even your family tree. I owe you nothing. My success is above all thanks to god, me, and my loved ones who believed in me.
"For the others, you're nothing but pebbles in my socks!"

So Franck Ribéry wasn’t too happy about people criticising him for spending £1,000 on some gold-covered steak cooked by that Salt Bae character in Dubai. “F*ck your mothers, your grandmothers and your family tree.” 👀👀👀 https://t.co/MpDx4D2nZZ

Bayern have since released a statement about the incident and confirmed they have handed Ribery a 'heavy fine' for his use of language.
"FC Bayern Munich has sanctioned Franck Ribéry for wording on his social platforms with a fine." they said on their official website.
"Sports director Hasan Salihamidzic said on Sunday at the training camp in Doha: "He has used words that we as FC Bayern Munich can not accept and that Franck can never use as a role model, as a player of FC Bayern.
"Yesterday I talked to Franck for a long time and told him that he would get a heavy fine. He accepted this punishment. "
