Halifax came from a goal down at half-time to beat Harrogate 2-1 at Wetherby Road.
Callum Howe opened the scoring for Harrogate in the 37th minute before second half goals from Nathan Clarke and Dayle Southwell secured the win for the visitors.
Harrogate midfielder Michael Woods came close to scoring after trying his luck from 40 yards but saw his effort after 30 minutes drift narrowly wide before Southwell saw his shot saved by James Belshaw at the other end.
The deadlock was broken eight minutes before half-time when Howe volleyed Harrogate into the lead.
Halifax were level 10 minutes into the second half with Clarke’s header from a corner conceded by Belshaw, who had turned Southwell’s shot behind.
With a minute remaining, Halifax grabbed all three points with Southwell firing past Belshaw.
