Dover jump out of the drop zone with comeback win against Maidstone

Dover moved out of the National League relegation zone after coming from behind to beat fellow strugglers Maidstone 3-1.

Jake Robinson netted for United in the seventh minute, taking advantage of a short Stuart Lewis headed pass-back and beating Mitch Walker.

But Dover turned the game around as Mitch Brundle headed in a corner after 58 minutes and Bedsente Gomis nodded in 15 minutes from time.

Inih Effiong sealed the points for Dover with nine minutes remaining, firing past Ross Worner, before Rob Swaine was sent off for Maidstone.
