Southport vs Tranmere - Southport at full strength for FA Cup replay
Posted Monday, December 17, 2018 by PA
Southport will revert to their strongest side for the FA Cup second-round replay against Tranmere.
Boss Liam Watson changed all 11 of his starting line-up as Port exited the FA Trophy against Solihull Moors on Saturday.
Top scorer Dion Charles and Bradley Bauress, whose goal a fortnight ago secured a replay, will be among those to return.
The local rivals, vying to meet Tottenham in round three, played out a 1-1 draw at Prenton Park earlier this month.
Jonny Smith fired League Two Rovers ahead but Bauress equalised for National League North Port after 70 minutes.
Ollie Banks and Harvey Gilmour are injury doubts for Tranmere.
But Larnell Cole, a winner of the FA Youth Cup with Manchester United, came through 75 minutes against Notts County on Saturday after a recent knock.
