David Stockdale set for Wycombe debut

David Stockdale will make his debut for Wycombe in their League One clash with Shrewsbury.
The Birmingham goalkeeper has signed on an emergency seven-day deal with both of the Chairboys’ senior stoppers Ryan Allsop and Yves Ma-Kalambay sidelined by injury.
Wycombe had hoped to secure another deal for former player Matt Ingram, who featured in the draw with Sunderland on a similar deal from QPR, but Rangers would not allow him to return so Wanderers turned to 33-year-old Stockdale.
Gareth Ainsworth will hope to have striker Adebayo Akinfenwa and defender Darius Charles available while Michael Harriman (groin) is also close to a return.
Interim Shrewsbury boss Danny Coyne could name the same team for the third match running.
Coyne has made an impressive start to his temporary reign, overseeing an exciting league victory over Rochdale last weekend and then avoiding an FA Cup banana skin by beating Salford in a midweek replay.
If Coyne does decide to make changes then Abo Eisa could come into contention having made two substitute appearances following his recovery from knee ligament damage.
Shaun Whalley (calf) is continuing to build up his fitness after returning to the grass.
