McHugh double helps steer Morton past Partick

A Robert McHugh brace helped Morton come back from a goal down to win 5-1 against Partick Thistle in the Scottish Championship.
The visitors opened the scoring in the 14th minute when Brice Ntambwe headed a Craig Slater corner into the net.
Thistle were ahead for just a few minutes before Gary Oliver equalised for Morton, and from there the hosts never looked back.
Morton took the lead just before half-time when Jack Iredale crossed for in-form striker McHugh to head home his first of the game and sixth of the season.
After assisting Morton’s second goal, left wing-back Iredale added one of his own from short range at the back post to make it 3-1 to the Ton.
McHugh’s first goal was his third in his last four appearances and he added another when he took possession from a Thistle defender and slotted underneath goalkeeper Cammy Bell.
Victory was sealed for the home side when Michael Tidser scored from distance with a low drive to get his seventh of the season.
