Kylian Mbappe and Julian Draxter were both on target in the second half as PSG secured a deserved three points on the road.
As a result Thomas Duchel's men have now won all 11 of their league matches so far this season and lie eight points clear at the summit.
This is not the first time Brazil international Neymar has been on the receiving end of such treatment from Marseille fans.

Marseille fans throwing coins and glass bottles at Neymar at the Stade Vélodrome. Really ugly stuff
Last October the ex-Barcelona ace saw red against Les Olympiens, with the world's most expensive player again targeted by the home faithful, with the striker claiming baguettes were even thrown in his direction.
He said at the time: "The supporters threw a lot of things at me, even baguettes. It was too much, that's not football."
