Hemed given green light for QPR

QPR striker Tomer Hemed has been passed fit to start the Sky Bet Championship clash with Derby.

The on-loan Brighton man, who came on as a substitute in the midweek win at Reading, has been nursing a slight knock.

Defender Geoff Cameron played the full 90 minutes at the Madejski Stadium and will be assessed to see if he is fit enough to continue having not played in the first month of the season.

Rangers forward Eberechi Eze received an England Under-20 call-up earlier this week and is likely to retain his starting place.

Derby defender Curtis Davies is in contention for his first appearance since the opening game of the season.

The centre-back played 70 minutes for the Rams’ under-23 side on Monday after recovering from a hamstring injury.

Wales international Joe Ledley will not be involved due to a problem with his lower back.

Midfielder George Evans is injury-free but will not feature at Loftus Road because of a lack of match-fitness.
