Swindon will check on the fitness of Michael Doughty ahead of the visit of Oldham.
Midfielder Doughty has missed the last two matches with a hip problem but was hoping to return to training on Friday.
Centre-half Dion Conroy is available after coming through a behind-closed-doors match earlier this week.
The former Chelsea youngster has not featured since August 11 due to a knee injury.
Oldham have no new injury worries following the 3-3 draw at home to Colchester.
Striker Ishmael Miller has made two brief substitute appearances following a hamstring injury and is likely to be on the bench again.
Giles Coke and Cameron Dummigan are continuing their recoveries from injury.
On-loan Jordan Lyden remains sidelined, as does fellow midfielder Ousmane Fane.
