The two heavyweights will lock horns in the Champions League next month on October 23.
His involvement was in doubt after he was dismissed against Valencia last week for appearing to pull Jeison Murillo's hair.
Uefa, however, have now ruled he must only serve a one-match ban for the dismissal.
Ronaldo will miss the Old Lady’s next Champions League clash against Swiss outfit Young Boys on October 2.
Former Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg claimed Ronaldo's red card was harsh.
He told the Daily Mail: "The contact looked very slight and I cannot see how the additional assistant, standing some 20 yards away, could deem it violent conduct.
"If I had been officiating this game, I would have given Valencia a free-kick and shown a yellow card to each player.
"Ronaldo will serve a one-match ban but anything more would be harsh."

"Paulo [Dybala] had a good game like he did in Frosinone. It's normal he needs to grow.
"They [Ronaldo and Dybala] played a good match tonight.
"The more they play together and the better they know each other, I think there is room for improvement.
