Morecambe’s injury list appears to be easing as they prepare to face fellow strugglers Macclesfield in Sky Bet League Two.
Andrew Tutte and Alex Kenyon are back in training following recent problems and will hope to push for returns.
Goalkeeper Mark Halstead could also be back in contention after a hip injury and defender Sam Lavelle is also making progress in his recovery.
Midfielder Garry Thompson remains a long-term absentee for Jim Bentley’s side with an Achilles injury.
Macclesfield manager Mark Yates continues to search for a successful formula with his side still to win this season.
The Silkmen welcomed goalkeeper Kieran O’Hara back among three changes for last week’s clash against Lincoln but slumped to a late defeat.
Yates must continue without a host of players due to injury.
Jordan Ponticelli (foot), Elliott Durrell (groin), Ryan Lloyd (ankle), Luke Simpson (dislocated thumb) and Ben Stephens (hip) are all out.
