Liverpool vs Brighton & Hove Albion - Jurgen Klopp could make changes

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has to decide whether to name an unchanged side for their third Premier League match of the season, which sees Brighton visit Anfield.
The Reds boss may be tempted to make changes at full-back after criticising Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson’s performances in Monday’s win at Crystal Palace, while there could be an option for Jordan Henderson to make his first start of the season in midfield.
Defender Dejan Lovren is not expected to return from a pelvic problem until after next month’s international break.
Brighton defender Lewis Dunk is a major doubt for the match.
The centre-back faces a late fitness test on an ankle injury suffered against Manchester United on Sunday, with summer signing Leon Balogun ready to deputise.
Captain Bruno (hamstring), winger Jose Izquierdo (lack of fitness) and forward Florin Andone (groin) remain sidelined for the Seagulls, while striker Tomer Hemed joined QPR on loan on Thursday.
