Mansfield twice came from behind to maintain their unbeaten start to the League Two season following a 2-2 draw at Yeovil, where all four goals came in the first 26 minutes.
The first came after just six minutes when Diallang Jaiyesimi eluded the offside trap from a long ball forward and slotted in after a fine first touch.
Three minutes later it was 1-1 when an attempted Alefe Santos clearance cannoned into his own box and Craig Davies had time and space to find the bottom left corner.
Back came Yeovil and in the 17th minute they were ahead again when the Stags failed to deal with a throw into the box and Conrad Logan could only parry Omar Sowunmi’s shot into the path of Yoann Arquin, who turned it in from a tight angle.
The goals continued to flow when after 26 minutes a quick free-kick found Otis Khan in space, who crossed it in for Matt Preston to head in for Mansfield.
