Campello gave birth to twins Leonardo and Alessandro on July 29, but is already looking in great shape nearly two weeks on.
In the snaps she uploaded on social media, the Venetian can be seen wearing short denim shorts that show off her slim legs.
While another photo shows her pushing a pram in a short playsuit that reveals her toned post-pregnancy figure.
Netizens were quick to criticise Campello, insisting there is no way her weight could have dropped that quickly after giving birth.
One user commented: "I had twins two years ago and I still look pregnant. What planet are you living on?"
While another person commented: "I have a bigger belly than that after eating."
Another added: "Explain to me how she is already so skinny."
Campello then took to Instagram to hit back at her critics, praising the work of Dr. Christine Papadakis for helping her recover so quickly.
She said: "If I have recovered so quickly it is thanks to doctor Christine Papadakis who I thank with all my heart for the attention she has given us."
In tribute to his gorgeous partner and children, Morata vacated his No 9 jersey at Stamford Bridge, and has instead picked the No 29 - the day on which his sons were born.
The 25-year-old has come under fire from fans following his poor performance in the 2-0 defeat against Manchester City in the Community Shield.
Former Citizens centre-back Richard Dunne labelled the ex-Real Madrid striker as a "disgrace".
Maurizio Sarri could elect to start Morata in Chelsea's Premier League opener away to Huddersfield on Saturday.
