Inter Milan stall Vidal deal to test Real Madrid's resolve for Modric

Inter Milan are ready to test Real Madrid's resolve with a bid for Luka Modric.
Inter are in talks with Bayern Munich for Arturo Vidal, but have delayed making a firm bid for the Chile international.
The Nerazzurri are holding back as they want to explore the prospect of bringing Modric to Italy this month.
Bayern are willing to sell Vidal for a knockdown €18-19m, but Inter are keeping them waiting as they push Modric for an answer.
If the Croatian indicates a willingness to move, Inter will go to Real about discussing a fee for the veteran.
