Starsport revealed this week that he wants Belgium striker Dries Mertens from Napoli.
And he is likely to upset his former club even more by targeting two more of their stars - Elseid Hysaj and winger Jose Maria Callejon.
Right-back Hysaj is valued at around £23m and Callejon £20m.
Sarri is also a fan of Juventus centre back Daniele Rugani - who would cost around £20m - and Inter Milan’s £19m-rated Uruguayan midfielder Matias Vecino.
Nice midfielder Jean Seri is also a £28m target.

Sarri is still waiting for negotiations with Napoli to be resolved before he replaces Antonio Conte at Stamford Bride.
His agents have been in London this week for talks and the appointment is expected to be completed in the next few days having already agreed a two-year deal with an option for a third with Chelsea.
