An image depicting Liverpool as Champions League winners has mistakenly been published on UEFA's website.
The Reds overcame Roma in their semi-final 7-6 on aggregate this week to set up a meeting with Real Madrid in Kiev on May 26.
The image could be found in the history section of the Champions League, in the area dedicated to the current season of the competition.
It is an oversight that will likely lead to some controversy and complaints.
This month's final between the clubs is the second in the competition's history, after Los Blancos were defeated in the 1981 final.
